Hello everyone
Sorry it's been awhile since I have been able to write. Things are really crazy now that schoolis open, lot of night programs I have been out 4 nights since school has started that means I even had to take Thursday nights off from the airport.
Well now about the baby Regina has been busy going to the doctors because at her checkup in august they only found one vein and one artery on the umbibical cord(sorry for the spelling) when there should be to arties. So Regina had to have more ultrasounds one called a 3-D ultrasound and the tech told her that the baby was a down sydrome baby and that the baby was way under weight .
They told her that she could go for a test to see if the baby was down and Joey and Regina did go to make sure because they are so young and if the baby was down she only had 3 weeks left to abort if that is what they chose. Thank god the baby was not down sydrome but the baby is still a little small so they are having her go weekly for ultrasounds and a 2 hour mointoring to see if everthing stays on track. And they also tested to see what the baby was because they could never get the baby to move to see the sex. it's a boy------------Say hello to Joseph Edward Gervais Jr.
So you see between work and having the last few months worring about the baby I have been very busy.

Just want you to know that Auntie Rose’s daughter Wilma has had back surgery. Please pray for a quick and full recovery. That she will finally get some relief from the back pain she has suffered for a long time. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Love to all

I celebrated my birthday by: Joey and his girlfriend Regina took me out for dinner, after that we all went back to my house and friends and family came over to have ice cream cake and give Rachel her presents. On Tuesday which was Rachel's birthday I took her to the Cheesecake Factory she has always wanted to go. This Sunday the 12th Rachel is having dinner made for me and a cake with family and friends this is a week long celebration. I LOVE IT Love Robin

An update on Samantha Pullins. She has had a little setback from her gallbladder surgery. She was readmitted back into the hospital yesterday. They found a cyst in her pancreas. She will be in the hospital for a few days while they drain it and treat her with IV antibiotics. I am sure she will do just fine, but please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Just an update on Maureen. She is doing extremely well. Her speech is still somewhat impaired, and has limited use of her right arm. She started rehab on Tuesday, to help with her speech and getting muscle tone back into her right arm. She goes 3 days a week, for 3 hours. Her spirit his high, and her sense of humor is amazing. She is cracking us up, with some pretty funny comments. I am sure with the determination that she has right now, she will be back to normal very soon.

Well here it is the 3^rd of August already. So we have less then a year to wait for the reunion YeAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. There will be so many of the same people there that were in Ohio, but also a lot of the others that could not make it to Ohio. Some we will miss dearly, they will not be able to make it to RI. But it will be a great reunion because we can share our thoughts and things we do, and people we see, and talk to, with those who can not be there through the news letter. I sincerely hope that you are keeping in touch with some of the cousins and family that you met at the last reunion. As I hope we can continue to meet and keep in touch with the ones you meet at the RI reunion. It amazes me everyday how large our family really is. We are scattered all over the country but when we see or talk to each other know we are one big family.

This year has brought some hardships for some of the family but it has also brought some wonderful things to many of us. One of the things I think of is the new arrivals this year. Knowing that this family will live on for a very long time after some of us are long gone is a really awesome thought. I hope you will all try to get to know more of each of your cousins, aunts, uncles. Learn more about your heritage. You will really be surprised at all the wonderful people in this family.

Have any of you taken the time to really look at family information to see how many were born the same year or month as yourself. Pretty interesting.
